Just Something to Consider About Birds

I just spent 5 hours cleaning up after my 12 birds. I do this multiple times a week, sometimes, I have to mop and vacuum multiple times a day.

Birds aren't clean pets.

But I consider it worth it.

Today I got up at 6:37 frickkin A.M.

6:37 FRICKCIN A.M. PEOPLE

For some people that might not be early, and for others that’s when they go to bed. That’s cool. I usually get up at 7, because I have to for an 8 A.M. class and also I need to have a schedule. TODAY I WOKE UP EARLY BECAUSE THESE MOTHER FUCCKN BIRDS AND I JUST -

Story time children

Okay so today started out a little weird. Last night me n my gf left the window open for once because it is actually starting to stay nice out, and having the window open is fun. We like background noise.

Around 6:30 I started awakening, slowly, and with confusion, from the sweetest of slumbers. I was actually getting quality rest, which does not happen often. So it is very reluctantly, and with increasing distress, that I realize it is not time to get up yet, and that is not my alarm. And without my consent, my brain activity levels increase. In an unfortunate event, I was now awake. I was helplessly frustrated by this now unchangeable fact. And this insistent sound that kept me from my sweet, sweet, hard-earned rest has been identified. There was a bird, and I swear to god it was right outside the window, making the EXACT SAME SOUND OVER AND OVER AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD I WANTED TO SHOOT IT. WHY BIRD? I GET YOU WANT TO GET SOME BECAUSE IT’S SPRING BUT COULD YOU JUST FUKCN WAIT UNTIL A REASONABLE HOUR TO ATTEMPT TO DO THE DO, OR CHASE OTHER BIRBS AWAY FROM YOUR TERRITORY BUT COULD YOU WAIT UNTIL A REASONABLE HOUR OR AT LEAST UNTIL MY ALARM WENT OFF JUST JESUS FUKCIN CHRIST AAARRGHGHGHGH

And yet for some reason, I am energetic, and my mood has been between intensely angry and very happy. I’m not sure why. But there you go. Have a lil story time. Hope everybody’s Mondays are going well
