the problem is if i like someone i develop this intense fear of them so when i like them i will literally do anything i can possibly do to avoid talking to them or seeing them or making eye contact

i have literally run away from the person i like before

if they text me i will put my phone on silent and attach weights to it and throw it into the ocean just to avoid any interaction

it is  a problem
