Trick 'r Treat [2007] actually had excellent examples of the female werewolf as dangerous seductress AND werewolves that are fully in control of themselves and are *choosing* to be man-eating dicks.

A huge victory for my shading skills. The shadows on the floor don't really make any sense, but I don't care. The next task is to put this together with coloring, and then I'll be a real artist! The narrative behind this piece is a few lycanthropes witnessing someone experience it for the first time, most likely a recently-bitten friend. I have little story beyond that, but perhaps it'll be expanded someday. I'm slowly becoming a furry artist because all the other things I'm into are dying or dead, and this is the only community that still has lots of stuff going on. Though, I suppose Transformers still has pretty good momentum...
What's the gender neutral term for werewolf?
The female equivalent is a "wifwolf" but I don't think there's a gender neutral term.
As you know, man and men were once gender neutral (hence mankind) and had prefixes to denote gender ("Wereman" for male and "Wifman" for female)
The "were" prefix was dropped, just leaving us with "men" and the "wif" prefix was kept, eventually became the words "woman/women" and "wife"
Therefore, I propose that the term should be "Manwolf."
Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.
I'm trying to sleep but, like...
Werewolf uses "were" to mean "man", but if that's from "Wer", as in "werman" aka, "male person", the same way "wifman" meant "female person", that implies that "werewolf" doesn't really mean "man wolf"/"person wolf", it means "male wolf".
Which 1: means that's literally just a Wolf sittin over there, mighty proud of themselves, b) that this implies the existence of a Wifwolf, a she-wolf, who's also just happily sittin over there, mighty proud of themselves, and III - just literally means some dude pointed at a guy and went "that's a wolf! That's a Guy Who's A Wolf!" and I don't want to sound mean but... Just gonna... Eye them. With lifted brows.
Though the idea of the Wolfkin came along in the same time you had parents calling their kids Changelings so...
...yyyup.
“Hey, darlin’, what do you think the most import quality of a kiss is?”
“Emotion, I guess? I think the most important part is that it’s either me kissing you or you kissing me.”
“Well, let’s say it’s my turn.”
[ID: A black and white drawing of a werewolf, smiling with her mouth open to show off her sharp teeth, saying, “Redistribute your wealth or I redistribute your anatomy.” End ID.]
“Rain“ in the desert night
Essentially my wifwolf character who goes by several titles along the lines of ‘Rain’ or ‘Wandering Storm’ in a random desert in her half transformed form (her full werewolf form is a kaiju sized thunderstorm with legs and teeth).
