But this comment got me thinking - should I side step my favourite Autumnal treat this year in order to 'be healthier'. No, I shouldn't. Whilst I'm an advocate of living your healthiest life, I'm also an advocate of living your happiest life and it's the little things like hot pie & peas that make me happy.
