Winter x Turtle (Platonic Hcs)

- I’ve never really imagined this, but I’ll give it my best shot!

- Winter finds the way Turtle is so scared of pretty much the whole world hilarious.

- But does he show it? Pffft, he’s Winter. Of course he doesn’t!

- So he scoffs at Turtle and makes snappy remarks about his fears (basically being a jerk)

- But when Turtle reveals that he’s an animus?

- Oh… that changes everything

- Winter keeps his mouth shut, not wanting to anger someone who could enchant something to stitch his mouth closed.

- You can bet Turtle notices this and gets really hurt.

- He’s the same dragon we all know and love on the inside, right?

- So they sort of talk it out

- (Moon and Qubli made them do it)

- And they found a common ground and now mutually respect each other.

- Moving on…

- Turtle and Kinkajou visit Sanctuary all the time.

- Winter and Turtle usually go hunting either in the forest or the river

- Turtle is usually stubborn and makes Winter fish with him.

- Kinkajou never really joins them, finding their taste for meat ‘horrifyingly blood curdling.’ 

- During these hunts, Winter and Turtle get to know each other better, and eventually they become best friends during a search for a new scavenger to keep Pumpkin company.

- When they come back to show the new scavenger to Kinkajou, she’s all like 🤨

- When she asks, Turtle and Winter aren’t even responding to her. 

- Turtle, pay more attention to your girlfriend
