Hii so Idk if you received my previous ask so I'll just resend it here :3
What are the legendix and neowinxs relationships with their families (siblings, moms, dad's, optionally extended family)
This one is long I'm aware 💔
(no worries, I've just been slow to answer asks)
*cracks knuckles* Allllright, let's do this.
First off, Bridgette. The princess of Eraklyon has a nice fantasy about her parents, that they are amazing people and that they're deeply in love. The sad reality is that their marriage is rocky and unhealthy only held together by their daughter. Bloom and Sky are equally blind as they love their daughter and would give her the world if she wished it. She holds her aunt to a god like state as Daphne to her is an all powerful strong fairy and one of the last surviving Nymphs of Magix. She aspires to be like her mother and her aunt. Unfortunately, her cousin, Guinevere seems to get the worse of her moods. They actually used to be close, but as Bridgette grew up, so did her ego. How was someone like her powerful and strong related to someone so weak? That she needs a piece of HER dragon flame to even be alive?
Nicole is a daddy's girl through and through. Sure, she has her mom's stubborn spitfire nature, but Andy was the one who raised her as the single father he was. He did have help from Selina, but it was him driving Nicole to school, taking her out for ice cream after soccer practice, and him comforting her when she was down. As for her mom, that is spoilers.
Andromeda loves her family and they love her. The Solarian princess is self conscious, especially in relation to her mother, Stella. The Queen of Solaria and guardian fairy shines so bright, so radiantly that Andromeda can't help but feel insecure. She's not pretty enough, flamboyant enough, or strong enough. Her magic aren't the light of the sun and the moon, but measly fireworks than exploding stars (at least that's what she believes). In actuality, Stella loves her daughter no matter who she is. Stella and Brandon make sure each of their children is loved and valued. Annie would join in on her brothers' prank wars, often acting as a referee or sometimes a double agent. Despite her demure nature, she's got a mischievous streak in her (blame her brothers, they're like Fred and George Wesley)
Flora and Helia live a simple life in Linphea, growing their own little garden in their children. They love Rhea and would support her in her decision if she decided to become a witch (Flora is still friends with Mirta after all) But they worry she might get involved in the wrong, dangerous crowd and go down a dark path.
Musa and Riven's kids have a more rocky relationship due to their parents divorce. Rave lived with his father while Minuet live with her mother, though they wouldn't call it living. Rave has since moved out and started his career as a musician while Minuet is often stuck at home due to her mothers' tours across Magix. Minuet doesn't see her mother often and though they chat over facetime (or Faytime? idk), it isn't the same.
After Timmy's death, Tecna seem to withdraw into herself. She became overprotective and stern of her daughter, Athena, desiring to keep her safe. This has the opposite effect as Thea grows to be the most rebellious and spirted Zenith you will ever met.
Aisha and Nabu give their children the freedom their own parents didn't in their youth. They may not always have time with their children with their lives as Andro royals, they make the time. When they were younger, Aisha liked to do dance parties while Nabu does light shows with his magic.
While Galatea isn't as into the same topics as Lyra (gossip), she is an attentive listener and is quick to keep track of what she is told in order to engage and understand her daughter better.
Guinevere loves her parents and Arthur would do anything to protect his little sister, but she knows she has high expectations to fulfill by Domino and the rest of the planet. Being the daughter to Daphne, one of the last surviving Nymphs and having the piece of the dragon flame, she feels compelled to do something great with her life. While her parents were reluctant to the arranged marriage that had been proposed by the Linphean royals, Gwen was more than willing to make it work especially since she and her betrothed, Prince Basil of Linphea, actually got along and are childhood friends. While there is no romance yet, they still feel comfortable enough with each other to go through with the marriage.
well thank god it's only two positions.
this reel went kinda viral, I got like 1k followers more since I posted it wow. hope you like it here as well <3
Hallowinx🎃🧚♀️
Once again, doodles from the first “episode” of my rewrite. I thought I posted these already, but I guess I didn’t lol
First pic is Bloom, Andy, and Selina with their various forms of transport. I wanted to lean into the fact that Bloom was a skatepark kid, but I can’t imagine she was ever the most successful without a handlebar to hold. Andy likes the lack of effort on his part which is why he skates and Selina likes the style of roller skates on top of the fact that she feels she’s got much more control over her movements with them.
Second pic is the required “Bloom lamenting to Kiko on her bike” scene. Very important
Third is the scene where we’re introduced to Vanessa and Kiko, as well as the flower shop and a bit of what Bloom’s family life is like.
Since I did specialists yesterday I figured maybe I’ll post bonus boys even if they’re scribbly
Hopefully the contrast between the earth kids and the magic kids is striking- helps illustrate Blooms normal life vs the one she steps into..
Star Crossed, Chapter 8 is up now
Sky: Okay, Andy. I know you think you’re pretty great, with your guitar, and your band, and your shoes, and your face-
Andy: Getting a bit general, dude.
Sky: Anyway. But Bloom is my girlfriend, not yours! So back off!
Andy: Sky, relax…I’m charming, talented, and effortlessly smooth.
Sky: What possible part of that is meant to make me relax?!
Andy: Well, she’s dating you, so she must not be attracted to any of those things.
