My busy brain gives me lots of ideas, and my busy body doesn’t have enough opportunity to sit down and type them out. So thanks for anyone that has the patience to look forward to my writing; and has seen the same ole WIPs and ideas that I keep claiming to be working on or to want to write *someday*.

The High Road Back: Tumblr ficlet series. saltommy exes - post-bucktommy breakup, tommy reaches out to sal and they start putting the pieces back together.

Controlled Burn (1 of 3 posted): Sal/Owen meet at an anger management seminar at a national fire-rescue conference, and are about to go on a date!

Like the Direction of Sunbeams (1 of 2 posted): teacher!buck and beekeeper!tommy meet on a fieldtrip and are about to go on a date!

You and Me and Our Poltergeist Ex-Boyfriend Make Three (5 of ? posted): salbucktommy - Tommy is a ghost haunting his exes Buck and Sal, who subsequently fall in love about it.

Where the Wolfsbane Blooms: (5 of 9 posted) bucktommy - Tommy is a werewolf.

Let the Waves Have Their Way (3 of ? posted) - Buck has a recurring series of sex themed dreams featuring different folks.

I’ve started writing, not yet started posting:

A birthday gift fic! so I cannot say much because I don’t want to spoil it. It will not spoil what the intended recipient knows about the story already to say that its placeholder title is Eddieghanistan. Which.. makes it sound like I’m shipping Eddie with the entire country of Afghanistan 💀

A sequel story to my Saleddie Terms & Conditions fic, which is beloved by half-dozens of us!!! The sequel story is currently untitled. Its former working title was The Fine Print. But then my dear friend honored me by writing this devastatingly gorgeous deleted scene fic inspired by T&C, called… Fine Print. 🙏

These ones are fighting it out in my brain to be the next story that makes it out of my brain and onto a doc:

Rockstar AU: bucktommy - Buck grows up idolizing his older siblings’ band (including lead signer tommy). Tragedy strikes and the band loses a member; Tommy spirals after the loss and leaves the band. Buck semi-reluctantly steps into his place. Creating an awkward quasi-rivalry.

Bereavement Group AU: bucktommy - They meet in a grief support group after they lose their spouses.

Amityville Horror AU - bucktommy are in the early stages of reconciling when Tommy unexpectedly loses his sister and brother in law and feels compelled to move to the east coast to take care of their kids. Buck insists on being ALL IN on this; despite Tommy trying to give him an out and they move, buy a new house for their new family, and proceed to get haunted AF.

If you have read all of this, I am kissing you on the forehead!!! I hope to reward you by actually writing some of this stuff 💜

2 more chapters... until I finish... draft 2... of A Sight of Aur.

It's been rough 'cause it's basically a complete rewrite as I type it up?

And then the next round of revisions is both terrifying and exciting because that's when I get to streamline story details and fix sentence structures.

Ohhh and then I have some restructuring to do of the first 10-ish chapters, which I'm mapping out now using notecards so I can track details and clues across the story.

Ayyy still so much work to do but at least I still believe in this story.
