One side note about my Utena analysis
In my Discussion about anthy as a witch, I also talked about Herman Wirths Research about witches and ancient witch Religions.
Herman wirth thought witch Religions ans the germanic Religions came from the northern regions like siberia and scandinavia. These regions have very harsh Winters with long periods of darkness while its very bright in the summer. There, its almost like summer is an endless day and Winter is an endless night. He thought that the biblical saying of "in Paradise a year is like a day" refers to that. And Wirth also thought the cosmic cycle of a golden paradisical age followed by an age of decline (kali yuga) followed by an age of reconstruction and then another golden age was also seen as another cosmic day.
Wirth now believed that witches worshipped a fertility godess. This godess represents the seasons and the feminine lunar virtue of care. (Look up my earlier analysis where I explained that.)
Basically meaning, if people treat each other well and care for each other, then its bright day but when people stop Caring for each other then the world becomes dark, cold and lonely.
This fertility godess now symbolises this. Wirth also believed this fertility godess was called the snow queen or the ice queen. And basically, when the ice queen vanishes the harsh Winter comes.
I have one theory. Doesnt that remind you of something? A snow queen who vanishes and thus causes a harsh Winter. Wasnt there a certain movie?
This is almost the exact Story of frozen from disney and in many languages, Elsa gets called the snow queen.
Ans this aspect of care and neglect is present in this Story. I only say "conceal, don't feel". And Elsa got saved in the end by care. Which also stops the harsh Winter.
Interestingly, in Utena, its made very clear that Utena is the only one who really cares for anthy and so saves her.
Sharon didn't rest long after getting dumped by John Mole, however. She quickly threw herself at her charming neighbour Julien Cooke.
Julien fell head over heels for Sharon, as expected. He even took the effort to show interest in her hobbies, and even though he didn't like dancing or going out before, he gathered all his confidence and danced with Sharon numerous times.
The gesture wasn't reciprocated though, as Sharon wasn't afraid to let him know she never wanted to hear about the secret ingredients to good pork chops or the twenty different ways to make chili con carne again.
Eventually, Julien asked the risky question too.
Julien: So, we've been going out for a while now, and I know you said you're not the relationship type, and that you've had bad experiences with commitment in the past, which I understand, but I was thinking, what if we-
Sharon: Stop right there. Yes, I said those things, and I said them because I meant it, and I still do.
Julien: But is this really how you wanna live all your life? I have all this space here, waiting for someone like you, you could move in with me for free and leave your sister's house finally, and-
Sharon: I am perfectly happy living with my family, thank you. [She wasn't.]
Julien: But you live in a single room, like a teenager still depending on her parents but going out every night to prove her agency and simulate freedom - but this can not be what you call freedom! You're 34 for Watcher's sake!
Sharon: And? Age is a social construct. I do what I want, and I still like having fun.
Julien: But don't you ever think about, like... settling down? Starting a family while you still can?
Sharon: OMW, you really don't get it, do you? You're just like all those other men. Why do you all insist on telling women how to live? You say I live like a teenager, but really you're just angry because it's YOU who wants to be my father and control me. I'm done.

Mortimer and Bella reunited, so Dina has to go on a prowl around town for eligible rich bachelors. She met and flirted with the aloof Geoff Rutherford at the library, and unknowingly upset Sharon Wirth, who was in a relationship with him, and Don Lothario, who was her FWB. (I think the game put them all together on the same lot on purpose. I once had Luis Aspir go on a date with Sharon, and John Mole caught them and slaps were exchanged.)
And as fate would have it, that night Nina met the same Geoff online. They went on a date and Nina realized that Don was not the love of her life anymore.
So now Geoff is like a combo of Mortimer/Don. Both sisters are interested in him, physically... and fiscally.
