Anyone else suck at reading your own tarot cards? I will either fervently disagree with every single card or I’ll look at the spread and be like wow...none of this relates to my life in the slightest!

lol lemme know if it’s just me, because I could read 30 peoples cards no problem but I try on myself and it’s like trying to crack the enigma.

+ waking up from a dream knowing that you had the perfect chance to go lucid but for some reason you missed out on that

+ remembering a dream when you wake up but going to do (1) thing and then forgetting the entire dream

+ going to a new place and being excited about having seen this place in your dreams but nobody else knows what you’re talking about

+ having versions of your friends in your dreams but they’re also Not Exactly Your Friends

+ your friends thinking you’re a psychic when you predict what they’re going to say next in a conversation when it’s actually the déjà vu that strikes when they say That Specific Phrase™

+ wishing you could go to some of the places you see in your dreams

+ having a vague memory pop up and being confused about whether it’s from a dream or from real life

+ forgetting your dreams until weeks later when you randomly remember them in the middle of something completely irrelevant

+ wondering if you’re dreaming every time something weird happens and having to do a reality check

+ the most Irregular™ sleep schedule

How do I know if a deity is trying to communicate with me? I'm sorta new to this so I'm sorry if this is dumb (or has an obvious answer) thank you!

I can’t really tell you how to know 100% Its different for everyone. For me, it took about a year (yeah, I know) and the way things connected with me is through an old story from when I was in like the 6th or 7th grade and through seeing a bunch of the same posts. I then confirmed through tarot, since that my favorite form of divination.

It’s a gut feeling. A feeling that you have to trust. A way to find out is to get yourself some pen and paper and write down what you feel. Write down what you’ve seen and what you’ve heard. Write it all down and read it over. Or keep it with you and continue on with the list. When you feel like you complied enough, ask. Like literally, open your mouth and say something to whatever deity. And ask why they contacted you. If you don’t know which diety, you can always ask for them to reveal themselves to you. They have a way of doing things. But you have to trust yourself and your instincts or else the signs are going to go right over your head.
