i know you have to stretch him enough just for certain things (ships, etc) to the point where it's borderline out of character anyway??? but at least don't put a completely different character inside him? like there are things he would never do and things he would die before saying like no pls stop

obviously people are welcome to write him/anyone they like in whatever way they want

but that doesn't mean i don't cringe every time i see it
