A bit wobbly and shaky, but I redid Wod #1 of #wodapolooza2016 in the middle of doing a snatch pull + snatch + OHS complex working up to 245. Wod 1 of #wodapolooza2016 in the books! Hit 230lbs 3 position snatch + 7 OHS for the tie breaker. Went for 240 and hit the snatch + snatch below knee, but missed high hang.
