We’ll be gathering in Ul’dah at the old main city gate at the head of Ruby Road exchange about 5:45 USA Atlantic time. (New York, GMT -5) Here you can grab your invitation and join in the festivities!
From there we will parade on company Chocobo’s to the Sanctuary of the Twelve. Ceremony will be at 7 pm GMT -5 Afterwards we will be gathering at the “Waltz for the Moon” FC house. (Primal, Behemoth, Empyreum, Ward 25, Plot 47)
Naga will be streaming the ceremony on his Twitch channel .

Kicking through the sparse undergrowth of the faintly familiar boreal forest led me to small clearing that featured some rocky outcroppings and a downhill descent. Stepping out into the open, however, gave me pause-…
How did I come to arrive here?
My thoughts raced as I attempted to scan my recent memory - surely I hadn't spaced out and wandered off again-? No-… In fact I was fairly certain I had just gone to bed-
A dream. That's it. Must be.
As if on queue with my conclusion, my ears picked up the susurration of twiggy leaves underfoot, coming from my left, not far from me. Oddly, I felt no urgency, tilting my head and leaning forward to try and peer through the crowd of trees. I felt my expression stretch into astonishment - eyes wide and jaw slack as I watched a small, thin figure slowly stride out past the treeline.
Those robes-… That staff-…
He hadn't seen me yet, being right alongside the edge of the clearing as well, but the soft gasp that left me had the hooded 'stranger' pivot and draw his weapon… That starkly familiar golden rod with the iridescent crystal set at it's crown. My gaze lifted to peer into the shadowed hood of the traveler. Despite not seeing anything behind the magicked veil, it only confirmed my suspicions…
My hands lifted, showing I meant no harm. There was no real danger from the rather unnerved young mage that I couldn't respond to - and given my relaxed demeanor, he seemed to catch on. The staff never lowered, but at least he wasn't preparing a spell.
"Who are you-?"
That's right-… He wouldn't-… We look so different now. I never could have imagined-…
My face tensed as I clenched my jaw. I can't get caught up in my thoughts now - I was already hesitating. A name means a lot, especially between mages, but I obviously couldn't tell the truth…
"I'm-…" Think-… Think of something… elvish-? "Evindal. Evindal-…Fortemps."
"… You are a half-elf then-…" The adolescent wanderer relaxed somewhat, slowly lowering his staff. Given my 'name' there was a layer of trust now. He continued, "Rinji," Of course. "That's-…all." The secondary mumble came as he finally put away his weapon and lowered his head.
An old, forgotten ache pulled at my chest… My hands slowly lowered and some odd sense of-…pity caused my brow to furrow.
"… No family?" I already knew the answer. His height, his voice-…the way he carried himself. This-… Whatever this 'dream' was, it can't have been long since she-…
"No." Replying all too curtly , 'Rinji' turned away from me, slowly approaching the rock formation nearby and finding a comfortable spot to sit. I hesitantly followed, giving him some space as I chose to sit with him, leaning back onto a taller stone.
My jaw tensed again as I fought to find some words, my gaze darting across the soil between us.
"It-…must be lonely…" Really? That was the best I could come up with? I know how it felt-…
He scoffed, doubtless feeling belittled by such an unaware statement. "It's hard not to feel that way when the whole world either sees you as dirt to tread upon or the most vile scum for daring to exist."
Ah, yes-… although I know well that my thoughts during this time were more than warranted - it did take some effort not to physically recoil from a not-so-faint pang of regret. What could I even begin to say to this former self? For once, my mouth moved before I could consider my words.
"You aren't alone." Spoken strongly, my words brought about another ache in my chest. I took a deep breath through the nose.
"I have found-… that you're never alone. On a long journey, you end up touching so many lives. It may take time, and an open heart, but you will meet others who treat you with kindness. This may not mean much to you, but-… just keep moving forward. You'll find somewhere you belong."
… After a few seconds of silence, a light huff came from under 'Rinji's hood, and my adolescent self pulled his knees up to his chest.
"What makes you sound so sure…?" His voice was another quiet mutter. Doubt plagued his tone and I could feel his eyes piercing me with suspicion.
"Let's say-…experience." That was probably vague enough. Although, even if this strange encounter were real, I had no recollection of it.
"… You're an odd man." He sounded finished with our brief interaction already. No doubt I'd drained what little patience he had. All I could respond with was an awkward chuckle.
Bowing my head, I pushed myself up from the rocks and gave the young mage a simple farewell wave as I turned away.
"Safe travels then - and may the Wanderer watch over your path."
"Huh-?"
My former self's slightly shocked interjection was the last I heard before slipping away through the trees, bringing a close to this unusual 'dream'…
No matter what-… I know you'll find the family you seek.
When we first started out on our path, be it in Gridania, Limsa, or Ul’dah; we were recruited because of our ability with the Echo and our talent with slaying primals.
What the MSQ has failed to address or even mention is that with every primal, sin eater, and Kami slain; we ourselves are growing in a kind of notoriety that may eventually elevate us to the rank of a Saint; a fact that is hinted in the trailer for EverCold. This may also lead to our visage being summoned through prayer as a primal.
While some WoL/Ds have tied to Voidsent, SinEaters and other powerful beings. There aren’t many who have ties to primals or have considered about what might happen if they become one themselves.
Do you think your WoL would have the strength to overcome your primal rage or be able control their instincts long enough to take control? In other words what kind of deity would your warrior be? Would they be like Garuda, Titan, and Ifrit and mindlessly answer the call of their summoners?
Would they be more like Shiva, Ryne, Tsukyomi and Ramu; able to be fully aware of their actions?
How would your WoL feel or act in the wake of the aftermath of their own destruction? What if that rise to power sacrifices their loved ones in turn?

Hot bath, hot shower, hot springs; where does your WoL/D prefer to bathe?
Are they comfortable out in the wilds or in a public bath? Else, do they prefer the privacy of an inn room or the added security of their own home?
How detailed is their routine? Do they prefer a quick bathe or do they take their time? How often do they take the opportunity for an “everything” shower or bath?
What about after a battle when they’re a little dirtier than usual. How soon do they go wash off the battlefield and what’s their preferred method for getting rid of the battlefield grime?
Overall, how hygienic is your warrior? How does this change from place to place? What’s one time when this routine was interrupted and possibly drove your warrior a little bit mad?

You don’t get much older references to ancient cultures than Greeks or Roman names such as Hythlodaeus or Themis.
What inspired your WoL/Ds name? Have you ever research its origin and meaning? What language did their name come from and is there lore of some kind connected to the name? Does it follow the naming conventions of their tribe? What family ties does it have?
How well does your warrior fit with the meaning of their given name? Have they decided to go by a nickname instead? Have they changed their identity entirely to separate their origins from their adventurer persona?
What is their full given name? How many people know it? Is this something they hide for some reason? Are they embarrassed by their name? What does their name mean for them?

What kind of parent is your Warrior? Are they overprotective? Do they have the mindset that their child should also learn how to defend themselves just as they have?
Have they hidden their child away someplace safe and never told even the Scions about them? Where would this place be now that visiting other worlds is possible for us and our enemies?
Have they raised them openly with obvious intentions that if harm was to come to their child they would not hold their hands back? What kind of retaliation might they have in mind?
What makes them feel this is justifiable parenting? How did they come to this conclusion? What part of their parenting style reflects how they were raised? What part is the complete opposite?
If your warrior isn’t a parent, what steps might they take to protect their offspring before they exist?

Aside from name, what cultural traits did your WoL/D keep from their upbringing? Were they perhaps brought up in a household that was of a different culture than the one they would have been born into, like Pippen Aldin, or G’raha Tia where people outside their family unit raised them.
In cases like this was their adoptive family open to teaching them about their culture?Or did they stick to what they knew and left it at that?
Otherwise, how have they carried anything from their family with them into their adventuring life? Moon Keepers who only hunt at night. Viera who prefer the high ground high above the rest of the world. Lalafel who are frugal but live a life of a pauper so others would never know about their monetary assets.
Can a stranger guess their background simply by watching them behave day to day?
