Fitness Friday- Reps & Rest Times

Hello! I was wondering if you have like a workout to have a smaller chest. One of main reason to workout is to be so jacked , I’ll see my chest as how I want it to be seen by me
Greetings, I don't have a specific workout to recommend but there are exercises you can incorporate into your routine that target the chest muscles. Pairing this with a safe calorie deficit may help decrease chest tissue, but that does depend on how much you have. Some guys can build their chest enough to be able to go shirtless prior to top surgery. Here are some posts about good exercises to build your pecs:

what's your workout routine + do you have any gym tips? thank u!!
okay i held off answering this one bc!! i have my new training plan and i am That Bitch that answers asks to an unnecessarily excruciating level of detail let’s goooo
before i used to do 15min treadmill running, thigh machines (mostly abductor+adductor+leg press+glute kickbacks), then a blogilates butt workout wearing calf weights, and abs (usually tabletop crunches, double leg lifts and plank twists). i also went to pilates and yoga once a week.
now i’m still going to pilates and yoga, but i wanna try more group classes and i have two plan options currently:
a: cardio - 5min elliptical, 5min stair climbing; strength - walking lunges, glute bridges, leg press, chest press, low row, abductor, adductor, plank, all 15reps or 45s x3 (what i did today c’: )
b: cardio - 5min elliptical, 5min rowing; strength - push-ups (knees down lol i have no arm strength), sit ups, glute bridges, step ups, leg curl, leg extension, ab crunch and weighted glute kicks (3kgs), all 15reps x3
my goal is to train 4x a week :’) i really enjoy working out tbh! as for gym tips:
you don’t need a fancy water bottle, activewear or anything, but it can be a huge motivator if you get something you like (doesn’t have to be expensive)!
that being said, if you do invest on something, make that something your shoes. you only get 1 set of joints and they will thank you for not murdering them, esp. if you run! (if you are blessed with boobage you really wanna invest on a good sports bra too. i recommend the VS sport knockout bra!)
if you plan to work out early in the morning, prepare everything you need the night before so you have no! excuses!
if you’re working out to get in shape, remember that your diet is still the major factor in that!
take advantage of any physical and nutritional counselling your gym offers, but take things with a grain of salt — after all, they wanna keep you there and make you feel like you HAVE to lose those pounds or whatever
the story you tell yourself matters. if you think ‘i’m not a runner’, ‘i’m a total couch potato’, ‘working out = suffering/a necessary evil’, that’ll become your reality. instead tell yourself ‘i’m good at this, i’m proud of myself! look what my body can do, i love working out and being in tune with my physical needs’ and you’ll see the difference
as always, discipline is SO MUCH MORE IMPORTANT than motivation!!
finally, be realistic when you set your goals for yourself. remember, if you’re starting out or if you have a busy schedule, it’s okay to go slow! working out is not a form of self punishment or a chore, and when done healthily it can make you feel much better overall ~

Tip - Fish Oil for Aches
The main reason to take these kinds of pills? If you work out. I got this tip from the ever-clever Jenn who suggested them to me after I complained about body aches caused from going to the gym. They totally work, too. I never feel any kind of pain now, no matter how hard I push myself at the gym. The recommended dosage on my particular fish pill bottle is 2-3 a day, but since these tablets are so damn fat - I only take one a day. Works like magic. Definitely try this out if you're ever complaining of any body parts hurting the day after going to the gym.
Hate Drinking Water?
Add some flavouring to it. . . :) I actually hate the flavouring too most of the time, so I only add half of it. Gives it a pleasant taste :)
