Okay so yesterday marked the beginning of my two weeks of torture. I need to go for a run today.
What I Eat
All of my meals have THREE common elements to keep it healthy •••PROTEIN •••FIBER •••LOW ON THE GI-SCALE My work lunches (sometimes I'll split it between breakfast and lunch) are always: •150 g of trail mix •a big Tupperware of fresh fruits and a hunk of cheese OR •a sliced bell pepper with homemade humus •the same - a big Tupperware of fresh fruits and a hunk of cheese. As much fruit as I can pack in there! So I choose between sweet and savory and have something to munch on all day and I'm not tempted to go buy Döner and Pistazieeis every day. I save money and treat my body well. How I budget: 15€ per week for breakfasts and lunches. 5€ -trail mix, search for what's cheapest, premixed, or mix dried cranberries or dried mango with unsalted almonds and unsalted cashews 8€ - as much fresh fruit as I can get - typically raspberries, blueberries and if there's money left, strawberries! But find what's cheapest in your country. Don't be afraid to mix it up every week based on sales and coupons! This is the category to splurge in, if any!! Fresh fruits and veggies are the main base of a good diet. 1 € - three bell peppers 1 € - canned chickpeas to make humus Keep it to about 15 bucks and be creative and vigilant for deals. Keep yourself healthy and going strong all day! Your whole attitude changes when you bring a healthy, yummy stock of food for the day. Study to Consider: Women who went out to eat 5 times per week, but still counted calories, lost 5 *fewer* pounds in a month than women who went out less. Bring it from home!
I can't say I don't have money for the gym or didn't have time to work out, because I don't need anything but myself for these workouts.
It made me chuckle but sure it'll inspire some to dip that little lower!
When I'm indecisive about so many things I just stay in one place for a long time. I wish my mother never taught me as a child to stay still when I'm lost. It's time to grow up
Once was able to do 40 push-ups straight, best accomplishment and it got me an Army water bottle. now its really hard to get out 20, im so angry at myself i really need to DO STUFF more.
