I’ve been inactive a while on here but I’m going to slowly start posting more and make this my primary.
Hello everyone!
My name is Karl and I’m a martial arts and yoga instructor! I primarily do BJJ Judo and Muay Thai, but respect all arts.
Looking good!!!!!
PHYSIQUE UPDATE🤙
A lil birthday progress update:)
Currently sitting around 147lbs which was my pre-quarantine weight. I’ve been doing a bunch of cardio with a bit of resistance training on the side with bands. A typical week is 5 days on and one (sometimes two) active rest days.
I’ve definitely leaned out a little more than I would like, I feel like my muscles are shrinking with the amount of cardio I’m doing lol. But I’m still not feeling comfortable going to the gym knowing how a lot of Americans aren’t taking the right precautions with COVID and everything. I’m not freaking out though I know once I get back in gym and get on a routine my muscles will bounce back!
Overall, feeling really happy, strong, and confident in myself and that’s all I could want so yeah! Feeling pretty good👌
Yaela Heart at it again. Throw back aerobics class.
