We filmed a few “mini” workouts for an upcoming blog post today and I had to share this one! It was my favorite! A quick 5 minute total body EMOM (every minute on the minute) 2 Burpees 4 Rollovers 5 Push-ups Inch Worm To Standing 4 Candlesticks Whatever is left of the minute, rest. Once it’s over, a new minute starts and you repeat for a total of 5 rounds (5 minutes). I think I ended up with between 12-15 seconds of rest between each round.
