Those of you who've read my fic What Remains After The Storm may know that I based many of the locations on real places in Cornwall, UK. Well, while @erzbethluna was visiting the UK, we took two sweet little Simon and Baz dollies (made by the wonderful @monbons) on a tour of WRATS country!

Hi! Phew, finally I can share this!!! I have been working on this and other piece you can see into chapter 4 of "What remains after the storm" for weeks, and I'm so happy to finally share it! Thank you so much Demi @hushed-chorus for letting me paint for your amazing story! Ch. 4 is one of my favorites!!!! And it has an amazing surpriseeee!!! Go go go go check it!! It features other art piece by me, but is a surprise that will blow your socks off! This piece was specially challenging because all the lights and shadows, the goats and BAZ TAIL! I did a mixed media but mainly watercolour, and a bit of inks and white and silver acrylics :D over Canson 160 g mix media paper.

It is SOLVED - the Virtual Wrats/Neopets idea is PERFECT.

Blakk will think it’s stupid.

And then he will be playing to win. 

And he will have his single fave wrat named after the agent on Wrathful Wrats.

And he will buy the stupidest, ugliest wrat on the entire site and name it Derrick and then let it starve.

Simon and Baz are settling into their new life, getting Pitch Manor in working order and preparing to move to their cottage on the moor. Meanwhile, a certain cat is adjusting to his new life.

Hey everyone! Thank you @blackberrysummerblog, @larkral and @j-nipper-95 for the tags! Also, special hello to everyone who watched Eurovision! I am fully obsessed with Norway, Finland, Austria and Belgium's entries. Sweden can get in bin.

This week I've been plotting with @erzbethluna (she's put together a mood board that is inspiring and hilarious), editing What Remains After The Storm, and throwing down rough words on Selkie!Simon. Today I deliver some words from the upcoming chapter 11 of WRATS.

I stand, ready to help him to the bath, but instead he makes for the corridor, towards the kitchen and the outer door.

I grab him. He snatches at my hand, claws ripping into my arm. I yelp, pulling it back and clutching it.

He stops. We stare at the blood that trickles over my skin. Three weeping lines, long but not deep.

His face contorts, his eyes filling with tears, brightening like stained glass catching the morning light. He opens his mouth, but no words come out.

He runs.
