Just a bit about Rosalie / Rhode Island & Josh / Connecticut! The two are twins (both officially founded in 1636), they're the younger siblings of Henry/ Massachusetts (their controlling older brother) & cousins with Alfred / USA. Rosalie is a high energy, frank, fun loving, & bit neurotic, but tbf that's the result of her male relatives constantly trying to dictate her affairs. Josh is best described as a frat boy, he plays off the rivalry between Jennie/ New York & Henry to his benefit so he doesn't have to do anything. The twins have gotten up to many hijinks throughout the year most notably partaking in whaling which is how they met Roque/ the Azores (whom Rosalie on/ off dates). The twins are also friends with Jennie (Josh is closer to Jennie), after all they've been neighbors and family friends for years- this however disturbs their older brother tho lolol
