HOUSTON, Texas – Report states a former Episcopal bishop became the head of a new structure for Catholic converts from Anglican churches during a special Mass on Sunday. The new position of the Rev. Jeffrey Steenson as the Ordinariate of the Chair of Saint Peter is the first of its kind in the country and its main church will be Our Lady of Walsingham in Houston. The only other one is in England.
