The atmosphere in the SKZ CODE filming set was cozy, chaotic, and smelled faintly of snacks. The "Pyjama Party" theme meant everyone was dressed in soft flannels and silk sets, and the floor was a sea of plush mattresses and oversized pillows.
After hours of high-energy games and loud laughter, the group had moved on to a complex relay race. You were in the final heat, meaning you had a good fifteen-minute wait while the "Hyung Line" struggled with a flour-based challenge.
Exhaustion from the week’s comeback schedule finally hit you. You wandered over to your assigned mattress at the edge of the set, intending to just sit down for a moment to rest your legs. You pulled a soft, Miffy-themed blanket over your knees, leaned back against a pile of plushies... and that was the last thing you remembered.
The Scene on Set
The cameras kept rolling as the members eventually finished their game, panting and covered in flour, only to realize the "Grand Finale" was missing its star.
* Bang Chan: He was the first to notice. He stopped mid-sentence, pointing silently toward the corner with a fond, dimpled smile. He hushed the other members immediately. "Guys, look. Our youngest is out."
* Han & Changbin: They were ready to yell in celebration of their win, but seeing you tucked into the pillows, they instantly switched to "whisper-shouting" mode, clutching their chests at how peaceful you looked.
* Hyunjin: He grabbed a nearby camera from a staff member and crept over on his knees to get a close-up of your sleeping face, whispering to the lens, "Our 9th member has officially left the building."
* Felix: He quietly tucked the edges of the blanket around your shoulders, making sure your feet weren't cold, and placed a stray Jiniret plushie next to your head.
The "Mission" Change
The PD (Producer) signaled a change in plans. Instead of the loud relay finish, the mission became: "Don't Wake the Sleeping Member."
The remaining eight members had to finish the closing ment and clean up the snack table in absolute silence. Lee Know took it upon himself to "guard" you, sitting at the foot of your bed and playfully glaring at anyone who made even a tiny floorboard creak.
When the lights finally dimmed and the "Cut!" was called, Seungmin gently tapped your shoulder.
"Hey, sleepyhead," he teased softly as you blinked awake to find eight boys grinning down at you. "You missed the whole finale, but don't worry—you won the 'Best Sleeper' award."
