Yes, no, maybe? Things have been slow on here as I try to build momentum in my other creative space. I’m trying not to get bogged down with all the ideas (ideas are great btw), which can be overwhelming when all I need to do is; make a note, and narrow it down to at least get started on something! The doorbell's song rang through the house, cueing Cin to hide in the closet in fear. Richard opened the door to find a box full of pillows, countless bags of candy, and one excited looking golden puppy with its tail going fast enough to knock someone out cold.

Richard let out a chuckle. "Hey Cin! It looks like you got another one today." He called.

Cin pokes his head out nervously, his eyes going from skeptical, to pure joy overload.

"A doge!" He cries, collapsing to his knees as the puppy runs to his lap.

Cin's eyes lock with the box of pillows, his excitement growing only further. "Mister Richard! Can we make a pillow fort?" He tugs the man's sleeve. "Ehh, it'll make an awfully big mess..." He muttered.

"Plllease! It's what the nice person who sent the box would want!" He chirps.

"Wha-? What nice person? How do you know that?"

Cin pretended like he didn't hear as he played with the puppy that was trying to tug his socks off. Richard shook his head with a sigh. "If that's what you want."

The whole rest of the day, Richard helped Cin build a, or what Cin called it... "A kingdom" of many pillows. Every five minutes he would stuff another mouthful of candy.

Richard was disturbed over who keeps sending Cin care packages, and how he seems to know its intention, but he was afraid to ask questions.

The one thing you should never have to do in a relationship is remind or convince the person you love how incredible you actually are — ever. It isn’t something he or she should be convinced of because it isn’t something you can convince someone of. I understand the urge to do so, the urge to somehow convince someone to hang on, to fight for you, fight for the love you know you still share, fight for the future you know you can build — but it isn’t going to work. The only thing you can do is live your life, be your own person, do your own thing and hope they realize how amazing you truly are. It’s not even reminding them how incredible you are but simply being incredible and hoping they take notice. Trying to remind someone of how amazing an individual you are is somewhat futile. People change every single day. All that’s relevant is the person you are now, the person he or she is now, how well you treat each other today and how much you’re willing to do for each other tomorrow.
