Elliott is an amazing role model that I refer to constantly. Every time I begin to talk about him I get really energetic and excited because he has truly made a dramatic impact on my life and I don't even know the guy! He has thousands of videos and other resources on the web all available for free and I encourage you to watch some more of his videos. Elliott is unbelievably knowledgeable and speaks with so much clarity, power and confidence; his entire mission is to spread his knowledge to others and help anyone become the strongest version of themselves.

Mental Anchoring Technique

Mad interesting.. definitely gonna start applying this. Using a small physical action every time you train (or do anything else requiring focus) to get yourself in the zone by making your brain associate it with the zone.
