We bring attention to the blockages and other restrictions in our movements. ⭐FASCIA STRETCHING Meditative stretch discipline with focus on specific body parts. We use mild muscle traction that enables the release of the tissue surrounding our muscles and organs. ⭐YOGA TUNING Combination of bodytuning techniques and yoga posture exercises, including balance, alignment and synchro movement to prepare and initiate the unwinding process. ⭐NIDRA BODY SCAN Meditative body awareness session with breathwork. We lay still on the ground, bring attention to our pain, tension and blockages and relate it to its origin. ⭐FASCIA UNWINDING Meditative relaxing method achieved by employing the concept that the fascial system can release its own pain and trauma through the use of unwinding techniques.
