What A Weekend - Easter Yoga Retreat!

A week has passed now since we had one of the most amazing weekends hosting our Easter Yoga Retreat at the beautiful ecologically run Welsh Retreat in Carmarthenshire, Wales. It was so lovely to see everyone come together from near and far, all different age groups and backgrounds and simply enjoy practicing yoga, eating great food and having a good laugh with new friends.

We have so many wonderful memories but wanted to share a couple of highlights from our last full day of the retreat. Sunday happened to be a glorious day with the sun shining throughout so what a better way to spend it after a nice yin based morning yoga session with John then by heading to the beach. We sat on the rocks eating chocolate Easter eggs, watching a beautiful waterfall right next to the ocean while a dolphin (lonesome George) swam past us. After the beach we came back to the Welsh Retreat and took our yoga class outside on the deck followed by a delicious dinner and some hilarious games of Jenga by the fire.

We had such a great time and simply can’t wait for our next retreat in Dumfries and Galloway at The Coach House May 5 – 7. For details please click here.
