Happy is Peter's new Uncle Ben and you can pry that from my cold, dead hands.
The MCU didn't actually show us Uncle Ben nor Peter's parents, but we still get that his parents died when Peter was a child. Then after becoming Spider-Man fate takes Uncle Ben.
The universe has taken both his father and father figure from Peter. But also gives him Tony Stark, a new father figure Peter can look up to and have a relationship like a dad. Even if things are going great, it seems the universe needs Peter to go through more, for he loses that one too. But don't fear because someone will step up to the challenge as Peter's father figure, Happy.
Think about it. Both Peter's parents and Tony died protecting Peter and keeping him safe (well one brought him back and dusted the enemy, but the sentiment is the same). One left him with his relatives to keep him from harms way, the other invented time travel to bring him back. And through that left Peter without a father.
But fear not, for there is someone who has always been with Peter even if he doesn't really notice him as a father figure. He's always there, in the background, checking up on him, telling him stuff about his father, teaching him lessons, caring for him. And maybe he isn't their dad, and he isn't trying to replace him, but you can bet your ass he will always be there for him as if he were. First it was Uncle Ben, but now, it's Happy Hogan. And you can try to tear that from the hands of my corpse Marvel, you can try.
