This is my #morningmantis - Discipline! - Well, a form of it.. This is where I lock my phone away when I need to work or practise self care. It’s disciplining myself, sometimes you don’t need any shiny distractions.. & this gives me the space to breathe! ⁣(realize it’s also my ego going in there!)⁣ ⁣⁣ There’s so many hurtful & emotional vampires out there that want to suck your beautiful shine, love & sweetness out of you. Like a bird sucking a beautiful flower dry. 🥀🌺 But! You’re strong. You’re getting stronger. Replenish! You can & that’s why some are jealous. You’re wonderful! A joy! Without fault. Authentic! Just being you. True to yourselves. Don’t let others shame you into believing otherwise.⁣ ⁣ Please take care of your sweet selves! 🍭Your good/real intentions will always shine though any darkness. Believe me, I’ve been flat on my face & high as a kite all my life!! Do what works for you, if it involves locking anything negative into a box. Domme that shit. Start small. Baby steps. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Listen to a positive meditation. Meditation over Medication!! Don’t numb the pain. Deal with it, heal it. There’s a reason you’re feeling it. It’s your body or mind crying for help. For every trauma I heal, something beautiful happens. It’s addictive in the healthiest way. I meditate at least 3 times a day. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ If anyone is super lonely or hurting please reach out! If you feel like you have no one.. don’t be stubborn. Message me, I’ll try my best to respond.
