Yeah, see, that's what I always thought it figured. So when this song came out, which is obviously sung by a plus size woman about how being plus size is okay, and at one point she talks about 'skinny bitches' and everyone flipped shit because she's bashing skinny girls, I was like... I thought skinny bitches literally meant skinny bitches? Like, girls who are mean about being skinny?

Yessss, thank you. There's so many sides to Gambit, not just the 'luv u always annananana' and 'i so flirt c'mere smexay' ones and goddamnit I'll be damned if I don't at least try and make the world see it.

        “Tony, listen… About th’ lunch date…”

His voice is tired as he speaks. Tired and hoarse and… Strained. There’s an echo somewhere in the background, too; Every word is almost slurred out.

        “I don’t… Think I’m g’nna make it.”

There’s a pause. A long pause, as Remy licks his lips; thinks, considers.

        "I don’ want ya t’ be alone, yanno?" He finally speaks out loud, after a long time. "I—- I don’t. I don’ want ya ta think that… No-one’s gonna love ya. Or want ya. I don’—- Yer not broken, Tony. Yer not, just—-"

Another pause.

        "I don’ think I ever met a guy who gets me like ya do, yanno? That’s—-…" A chuckle was breathed out. "I don’ know what I’m sayin’. I guess…"

Finally, a sniff can be heard. And he takes a deep breath, and continues;

        "I guess I just want m’ last words ta matter, yanno? ‘Cause you matter. An’ I want ya t’ know that. An’ please, just—-… Be okay. I want ya ta be okay, an’ ‘appy, an’…"

Another pause. A deep breath.

        "I don’ wanna be ‘ere… I don’ wanna be alone. But I am."

A sniff.

        "An’ I want ya ta know that when I was lonely, I thought ‘bout ya."

A silent chuckle followed, and a sigh.

        “‘M sorry, Tony. Really am. An’ I—-…” Pause. “Please don’ give up. Please.”
