Thinking about a Han Yoojin that doesn't forget his two friends from his first life.
When they meet at the conference and Hyeonje suugests buying him, Yoojin thinks "he's still a bastard... good", and something in his heart flutters.
Maybe Han Yoojin wouldn't tell Seong Hyeonje to lose the possessiveness because it feels like home.
Maybe he says yes to the dates instead of hanging up the phone.
Maybe Han Yoojin looks at Seong Hyeonje with such affection in his eyes that Hyeonje is bewildered.
People have looked at him in fear, admiration, lust, and everything in between. But never affection, not even his parents held that.
Maybe Han Yoojin is receptive of Hyeonje's whining the same way he is to Yerim's and Yoohyun's. He would still call Hyeonje a bastard, of course, but he'll wrap his arms around the bigger frame without hesitation. Because it's his Hyeonje, just like he is Hyeonje's Yoojin.
Gyeol is still his child and his alone, but something in him melts when he sees Hyeonje gently rock the sleeping child in his arms. Maybe the Seong surname wouldn't be too bad either.
