Okay so I am curious. What are your thoughts on the Arcadios x Hisui ship? Honestly I think its gross cause the age gap. A lot of people like it but like I cant get over the whole manga panel when she looked like she was five and Arcadios looked to be in his late teens/early 20s. And if you are like me and dont approve, who do you ship her with?

The age difference is uncomfortable, but at they’re both legal, now. Still, it is gross because it’s implied, if not, canon, that he watched her grow up.

I don’t ship it, I personally see Hisui as an ace lesbian, or maybe bi, and Arcadios as acearo.

I ship Hisui with Laxus, Freed, Lucy, Yukino, and Mirajane,but I’m always open for more!

The gardens a kempt place where the most minor restlessness would disturb its entirety. She bade ever reverently through the crowded shrubs and stalks. A place that she swore the gods would come to rest someday. 

Yukino never had the fraction of where to search for her lover. Auspicious as she held her robes up, clearing the verdant grounds. She was never supposed to be here. A forbidden place in which only the princess could be; the only area of the grounds she could go in peace. The only place to hide from vying eyes and those merciless slaves -such as herself. 

Notes of the morning guiding her to the pool. Birds and bees accompanying the harmony to the princess’s melodious tune as she hid behind the wall of vines. A color almost aliken to her own locks.  Her take on the crusader’s battlecry more serene that the typical brutalness. The meaning different as she sung slowly. 

“Hisui…” She softly called. Never did she lose the feeling of paranoia when she visited. A cloak that hid some of her treasured desires. The thoughts stirring as the princess pushed her way past the encroachment of leaves. 

In disbelief as a long golden-threaded veil covered her face. “Yukino…” Her own call lacking it’s typical charm. Her tongue no longer laden with the stars, taken by the darkness of night. A grave understanding already ripping through her being. 

Hisui was of age. 

Her bare feet treading to meet her universe. Her prayers to Aphrodite unfulfilled; silly of her to think that such a charade would work. 

Yukino reached out to grasp the fabric. Rubbing it to and fro between her forefingers, a textile she was unfamiliar with. It was scratchy yet embroidered with the finest lines of gold. Eagerly lifting the veil to catch the smile on her lovers cheeks. 

“I knew you wouldn’t be able to hold back for long.” Her emerald eyes glassy as crystals began to spring free. “I’m afraid I can’t either.” 

The tears that spilled having a direct effect on her. Flipping the veil back, she took her hands within her own. A deep sorrow encasing their hearts. The fauna that surrounded bowing to their whims as they embraced each other. Yukino stepping down into the pool, cool water filling her linen robes. Their sobs shielded by the great trees and by the sparrow’s own cries. 

“Take this,” Hisui whispered. A bronze key slipped into her hand. “Come to my chambers after Helios sets.” 

Her embrace tightening around the princess’s form -this couldn’t be it. Love had to wait for them. “But…” It was only a small plea, “The gods have smiled on us. They can’t take you away.” 

“I am but a blossoming flower. Those who carry envy have picked me, Yuki.” Modest as any but she had to fight yet still.

Yukino sobbed into her bosom. As the sun rose it dawned on her that she was merely a servant. No god would ever take her wishes into consideration. And no man would look upon a womanly couple in grace. 

Tucking the key into her robs, she pulled away. One more night.
