Why don't you like omniscient POVs?

I dislike them because it is...disrupting? to be bouncing between all the characters’ heads. I want to settle in with one person and experience the story through their eyes. Knowing what the other person(s) are thinking eliminates the stakes or the suspense that could otherwise exist if you, the reader, don’t know if the other person is nervous, excited, or upset.
