Let's talk about zoosadism.

Zoosadism is not the same as animal abuse. Zoosadism is a feeling of attraction towards animals in pain, not an act.

In a small survey of members of online zoosad community, most zoosadists said they have a species preference, have nonsadistic feelings towards animals, and consider their zoosadism to be a type of zoophilia. None of these people expressed support for animal abuse.

According to another survey, about 10% of members of general paraphilia spaces are zoosadists.

Yet zoosadism remains one of the most stigmatized paraphilias even within the para community. Partially it is the fault of zoo exclusionists - zoophiles who support a very narrow and restrictive definition of zoophilia. Many zoosadists online have been harassed and hated despite never abusing animals and not planning to.

I feel like I see so much positivity for zoosadism in para spaces, which is great don’t get me wrong, but as a pedosadist I don’t really see any positive things about my paraphilia and it’s honestly kind of sad because I experience so much shame around it. Obviously I don’t ever want to act on these feelings but the only thing I see is negativity that makes me feel like a bad person 🥲

This isn't strictly on topic (rare not due to suppression but due to small amount of copies and creator deciding not to make more), but I think you'd like looking into the TRPG "Nihilistic Motorcyclists". It seems to be one of the only TRPGS to try to tackle that sort of mondo/exploitation/shock sort of genre.

HOWEVER-

For people seeking to play a fast, loose, over-the-top and potentially uncomfortable RPG game similar in general concept to this, my suggestion would probably be the amazingly-titled:

The central premise is that your character earns Evil Points by brutally killing cute animals, which you can then use to perform supernatural abilities. But I feel like it would be trivially easy to tweak the rules to award Evil Points for any really fucked up act your character does.

You cannot claim to support men's mental health if you don't acknowledge how men with controversial paraphilias often have horrible mental health from societal ostracization.

You cannot claim to support men's mental health if you think that necro/MAP/zoo men deserve death, forced conversion therapy, torture, or isolation from society.

You cannot claim to support men's mental health if you think that men who have controversial paraphilias are automatically going to act on their paraphilias in harmful ways by virtue of existing.

You cannot claim to support men's mental health if you think that men with controversial paraphilias are somehow worse or less worthy than straight/gay/bi/ace men.

You cannot claim to support men's mental health if you say that being attracted to children is equivalent to what Epstein did to hundreds of innocent children.
