"There aren't millions of people calling ralsei she/her, people almost always use it in reference to tralsei theories" while factually true, isn't that good of an argument. Ralsei is a work of fiction, it isn't the end of the world to use fanon pronouns for them. Even if Ralsei were fully, canonically cisgender, there is a distinct difference between misgendering a transgender character versus a trans-coded cis character. If millions of people were she/hering Ralsei, i still wouldn't care.
