It’s hard to not compare two cards with the same color, converted mana cost (CMC), keyword ability’s, power, toughness, and both have ‘Phoenix’ in their name. This is where the similarities stop. Although these cards are not in the same Standard format, I see this as an opportunity to address the depth of Wizards of the Coast’s (WotC) card design.
- Thrives in a red damage spell oriented deck.
