Drivers were super aggressive and speeding this morning! It was so odd. I was pretty sketched out by almost getting hit crossing a street so I cut my run at 4 miles today and did a 7 mile spin the moment I walked in the door. Still a great start to my morning! I CANNOT wait for my first cup of coffee🤭

Running after stuffing myself for the holiday weekend with bbq was surprisingly not too bad. I thought I’d be sluggish and unmotivated but I ran slow and felt pretty light on my feet. A good playlist always helps. Morgan wallen ftw 🙌 Happy Monday!
