today at work, a young girl came in to buy a black blouse, and as she handed her money over, i noticed her scars up and down her arm and my heart just,,, broke and my stomach sank

how did she get there?

as someone who used to do that in high school, it truly saddens me to see that kids are still turning to that as a method of coping
