Cabbage Fried Brown Rice

The key with this dish is not to obsess over the details. This is what we make when we have only eggs and cabbage in our fridge, and need to make a meal out of it. We’ve made it with red cabbage and red onion, thai chilies, no bacon, different sauces– the key is really the scrambled egg/twice-cooked-brown-rice/cabbage combo with some delicious flavors.
