It doesn't matter if the player is a straight cis woman. Every single character in Obey Me is canonically queer. They remain queer regardless of the gender/sexuality/identity of the player.
Besides the fact that the actual writers and devs have literally stated (publicly, multiple times) that they very deliberately and intentionally made the OM characters queer on purpose, there's also:
• The canon fact that multiple characters have shown or talked about having romantic and/or sexual interest in more than one gender (Asmo does this most often, but other characters have voiced these things as well). Characters have also expressed a complete disinterest in the gender of their partner, like Belphie and Beel both saying that it "doesn't matter" to them.
• The canon fact that the male cast members have shown romantic and/or sexual interest in each other (Asmo and Solomon making out and Solomon having hickies from Asmo, Diavolo's MANY cases of calling Lucifer "beautiful" and "stunning" and "breathtaking" and openly gushing about Lucifer, many cases of the male cast subtly or not-so-subtly flirting with each other, etc etc)
• The canon fact that the entire male cast is GNC, which yes is objectively queer. The demon men all have painted nails at all times, they regularly wear makeup, they have crossdressed/worn drag on multiple occasions (there have been several in-game Events specifically about the male characters dressing in full drag and presenting as women) they have all worn high heels, multiple characters have unlockable outfits with skirts and dresses, they commonly engage in "feminine" hobbies (Levi being a talented seamstress who wore full Ruri-chan cosplay in the anime with the dress and wig and everything, Barbatos being an expert baker and chocolatier and embroiderer, Asmo and Mammon both being MUAs who regularly wear women's clothing when they model, etc)

Even if you as the player are a straight cis woman, ALL of these canon facts about the characters do not change. If the MC is a straight cis girl, the male love interests are still confirmed in canon and by the creators to all be canonically queer. Even if the player is a straight cis girl, the male cast still flirts with other men, and are all still openly GNC. The game doesn't erase their queerness because of a cisheteronormative player. YOU might be straight, but Lucifer will still be wearing wigs and dresses and makeup and Asmo will still be making out with other men and Mammon and Levi will still be queering it up regardless of how you feel.
The fact that the creators of the game have literally confirmed that the cast is queer (again, multiple times) is the only confirmation that anybody should need. It actually does not get more canon than Word of God.
But if that's not enough, the game itself also literally shows you them all being openly queer. These men absolutely kiss and suck and fuck other men, regardless of the player's straightness.
