So, I made an OC in high school, and I liked him so much that I started doing my hair like him. Then I started imposing some of myself onto him, and now we are the same entity but still separate, I dunno. I live vicariously though him or something like that. Probably a trauma response, but I like him and I'm starting to like myself, so I'm the real winner.

How to not stress; stress more
Once again losing the motivation to art while desperately desiring to art, thanks to the once more looming threat of homelessness.

I envy those who get more artistic when they're depressed/stressed/going through it because I just stare at an empty page all day, feel worse, and go to bed.
I am drawing traditionally for the first time in a while, and... I have pressed CTRL-S on my laptop an absurd amount of time.
I will say, I have not pressed CTRL-Z once, so... Lose Win?
Had to leave home suddenly, and I have no idea when I can go back. So, page 1 of a new sketch book to keep me grounded.
I'm not really feeling artistically motivated, but it's really all I have right now.
Re-shaded him, I feel better with it, but it's still lacking for what I wanted, but it's 100% a skill issue and I need to just embrace that and move on to new projects to work on growth.
Perfectionism is a bitch and I always fall for it.
