Help Eliza Taylor Build Her School
As you have probably noticed from my Instagram, I have two beautiful god children living on the Island of Koh Tao, Thailand - Kasper and Pepper. Their parents, two of my best friends, moved there from Australia seeking inner and outer peace, stronger community and stronger values for their children to grow up with.
Kasperâs lovely Thai and Myanmar immigrant friends were slowly leaving the island, many without their parents, to go to school far away where they could get a better education at an affordable price. Much of the Thai community couldnât afford the cost of the private school on the island, run as a small business venture with no proper curriculum or accreditation. In fact, most children would never be able to access anything above a basic Thai education, something that Myanmar immigrant children would never benefit from when they return home, where Thai is not spoken.Â
To cut a long story short, Claire and I decided we would attempt a Not for Profit School, that was run only to cover its own costs to keep the fees as low as possible. As we did the numbers, we realized the more children that went to the school the lower the school fees would go and more children would have access to it. Most importantly families could stay together. 2 years later the school has become a reality and the children are thriving, however- the space they rent together with a private kindergarten is being sold. The school canât afford to move. When I came to visit I could see the education standard was fantastic, but if we could achieve rent free land then resources like playground equipment, proper sized classrooms and flushing toilets would be attainable.
So this is where you step in. My hope is that you and I together can save Koh Tao International Primary and help to further develop the Not for Profit structure so that it can be replicated in other parts of the World like Thailand and Myanmar.Â
Any donation, no matter how big or small, will make a huge difference. We have a list of Thai and Burmese children waiting for the fees to lower so they can attend the school. These kids really need us. Your contribution will mean the world to them and me. Thank You, Love EJ Help spread the word!

"Lexa couldn't tell when it started, this tradition, for all her history, readings, and browsing of the library. It must be ancient, deeply rooted, as old as the trees and their fingers and veins in the earth and ground; a tradition stemming from kindness at the heart." betteronpaper

And slowly, the objects start to disappear."

Autographed Clexa Fanart Book Raffle!
Itâs finally here! The first chance to get your very own Clexa Fan Art Book signed by Eliza Taylor AND Alycia Debnam-Carey!
Cars were towed, people ran through convention centers, stood in impossibly long lines for hours on end and lots of sleep (and sanity) was sacrificed in order to get this book around the world to get signed by both of them.
We know we had initially said there would be an auction for it (and one is coming with more books and other goodies), but one of the things that is important to us is giving as many people as possible a chance to get a book signed by both girls. We thought the fairest way to so that was through a raffle with limited entries.
Instructions/Rules can all be found here!
We hope this book will be cherished by the lucky winner as a reminder of what this fandom and movement have meant to us all.
Good Luck!
Had the opportunity to meet the lovely and talented Eliza Taylor, Zach McGowan, and Lindsey Morgan at Wizard World Comic Con Columbus, Ohio July 29-August 1st, 2016!!!Â

21 and 28 for Lana Beniko [and family/ friend/ companion/ important someone]. Thank you!
21. A Promise
28. Teaching the other something new
The overseer stared down at the child, a dubious expression twisting his face. He bent slightly at the waist to get a closer look, arms held stiff at his sides as though he were peering down at a particularly foul insect. His finely tailored tunic barely creaked as he moved, the fabric black as a starless sky, somehow untouched by the swirl of Korribanâs rust-colored sands.Â
âWell,â he said, straightening. âShe has a glimmer of Force potential, that much I can sense. Perhaps more than a glimmer,â he added, in an almost grudging afterthought.Â
The childâs parents were too well-bred and dignified to openly display their relief, but it still showed in the involuntary relaxation of their posture. âSheâll be trained, then?â the mother said in a crisp Dromund Kaas accent, voice light as though she were discussing the weather.Â
âSheâll be shown the ways of the Dark Side. What she can make of them, though, thatâs up to her.â The overseer frowned down at the childâs cloud of silver-blonde hair and wide, unblinking green eyes.Â
âShe seems ratherâŚdocile,â he said, mouth twisting around the word like it was a bite of rotten fruit. âRaw connection to the Force is all well and good, but itâs only the beginning. To succeed in the trials and truly become Sith requires passion, boldness, and above all, ruthless determination. Do you have what it takes, girl?â
The child stirred, but the mother answered first, a little too quickly. âOh, she has plenty of determination,â she said with a cultured laugh. âJust try taking her book away from her when itâs time to eat supper.â
âAh.â The overseerâs lip curled. âI can already see sheâll be one of those lords, the ones too holed up in their libraries hunched over holocrons to actually participate in politics. But, very well. Come along, child.â
He turned away, facing the Academy lurking in the distance, but the mother dropped to her knees beside the child in one sudden motion. She placed her hands on the girlâs shoulders, gripping hard.Â
âYou must make the most of this opportunity,â she said. âDo you understand me, Lana? To be trained as a Sith is a rare honor. With enough hard work, you could rule the galaxy one day. You must do your very best to make your father and I proud.âÂ
âI will, Mother.â The girl stretched out a hand, resting it lightly on her motherâs arm. âI wonât fail. I promise.âÂ
The mother opened her mouth to say more, but then her expression changed, hovering between anxious and mollified. After a moment her face smoothed, and her worried mouth turned up in a slight smile. Her hands relaxed on the girlâs shoulders, then slid down to pull her into a gentle hug.Â
âYouâre a good girl,â she murmured. âBe well, Lana. Your father and I will be in touch when we can.âÂ
She rose and turned to go. Lana watched for only a moment, then strode to join the waiting overseer. He stood with arms crossed, looking down on her with a hint of surprised approval.
âThat was well done,â he said. âCalming your motherâs mind. Youâre already learning to bend others to your will. Come with me, and youâll increase your powers tenfold.â
He started down the path that wound downward, running toward the Academy rising from the sandstone cliffs. Lana followed, unhesitating, her green eyes tinted golden in the fading sunlight.Â

"No grave can hold my body down I'll crawl home to her." The 100 Season 3 finale.
Prompt: â˝ (wandering alone at night) for Lana Beniko! =]
Solitude was difficult to come by on Odessen, at least within the Alliance compound. Even late into the night, with the stars bright as jewels and the moon risen clear of the forestâs reach, sounds drifted from structure to structure: the on-duty soldiers running their blackout drills; Oggurobb tinkering with his latest experiment; Djannis and Tora finishing off another drunken brawl in the cantina. If there was one thing Lana had learned since sheâd brought the Outlander here, it was that the Alliance they had built never truly slept.
Most of the time, she hardly even noticed the racket. If anything, the bustle was a good sign, an indication that the rebellionâs ranks were swelling and that everyone was keeping busy. Yet on some nights, when sheâd been awake for more hours straight than she cared to count, even her best efforts couldnât keep her focus from dwindling.
It was on those nights that the minds were even harder to escape than the voices.Â
