minimalism is the dream of corporations.

the simpler something is, and the less character it has, the more disposable the artists behind the work become.

Plus, it becomes easy to scale, while never being remarkable enough to draw negative reactions (which may have other things to say about modern society i.e. risk avoidance in areas that “don’t matter” like creative design being used to justify absolutely absurd investment patterns) It sucks.
