Consider the following- he may have very flexible, surprisingly sturdy digitgrade legs and hoof-like feet to allow for better grip traversing angled tunnels and rough terrain underground. The toes of his hooves maybe adjust or can splay out when needed, like zygodactyl talons, to spread his weight over a wider area and give him a stronger base, while more joints mean his legs can compress straight down while crouching instead of needing to angle his body.. :3c What I’m saying is give in. Give him goat hoofies.

Jazz, do you have a story behind how you ended up an autobot?

Jazz stretches and a lighter sheen runs over his visor. “I been here since the beginnin’ man. Met OP in Polyhex when he crashed at my place after A3 went off the rail and I’ve been ridin’ ever since.” Jazz rocks backwards in his chair and cracks his ankle joint against the console, “y’could say we been Autobots before there were Autobots, Ratch’ and me. Then came the old mech, then Prowler, Commander Lita… Chromia, Inferno an’ Firestar… etcetera.”

Optimus, how did you and Roller become friends?

“Ah. To say Roller is a friend of mine stretches the definition of the word a tad. Roller is an autonomous drone formed from a portion of my spark. We have been what is termed a ‘symbiotic unit’ since I emerged from Vector Sigma. Roller’s existence depends on myself. I have limited control, or perhaps more accurately, influence over his actions, and his systems are intrinsically linked to mine. It is such that l could survive without Roller, but Roller would not survive without me.Roller has the approximate intelligence of a well trained turbohound, and has a tendency to act like one. He is reminiscent in his behaviour of the particularly small breeds typically owned by the upper castes before the Exodus. He does not realise his own size I believe. Roller is also scared of thunderstorms.I do consider Roller amongst my most vital companions however. In a way, he has always been a friend of mine since the moment we onlined.”

“I paint, I draw, I sculpt,” he drums his fingers on his desk, “my brother and I spar… we race on the lot… Jazz and Mirage also gets in on that…”

Powerglide, what's the fanciest thing you can do while flying?

“Uh, I dunno if it counts as ‘fancy’… but I can do a quadruple aileron roll without getting dizzy.” He shrugs, “I dunno, but Moony thinks it’s impressive.”

Powerglide, if you were to rank your flying skills against your fellow Autobots, where would you put yourself?

“Well I’m better at flying than some people… like… uh… Broadside… and I’m better at moving in the air than like… Springer… but he’s a helicopter… and way bigger than me… Sandstorm is better than me though and he’s faster… maybe a six out of ten?”

Grapple, do you have alternative ways to communicate when it's difficult to talk?

“Aye… uh. Aye.” He has laid out all of his drafting supplies over his floor and is sitting amongst them. He usually uses comms or text, but sometimes that’s difficult too.

“Uh yeah, actually I made a list. I’ve got it in one of my notebooks somewhere, uh… here it is!”

Wendy, how long after meeting the bots did you start climbing on them?

“Well, you gotta build up trust right, so it wasn’t right away, but like there’s this thing on Cybertron with really little bots that can be like human size or smaller and they’re called minicons so things that little aren’t so weird to the bots cos they’re used to it. Well most of them are used to it, like Ratchet didn’t care even from the start and Jazz was really cool about us being little, but the twins were kinda clumsy and Bee never really saw people smaller than him before cos most of the really tiny bots left a long time ago, and Ironhide kept moving us about. I mean I guess that’s what they do with the tiny bots too, but like it’s weird cos hey people don’t randomly pick people up - unless that’s what it’s like for little kids because people are always picking them up…Oh, what was the question again? I started to answer it and then I got carried away… right. Uh yeah, I didn’t start to climb the bots straight away but Hound didn’t mind it when I started, like Hound is really easy to climb, he’s mostly flat surfaces with lots of bits that only come out a bit, he’s kind of like stairs it’s weird and…”Carly is going to gently come and steer her sister away so that Wendy isn’t answering this question until next week.
