Addressing the elephant in the room when it comes to people's thoughts about Jax abstracting:

As a Caine fan who was ABSOLUTELY devastated by his death in episode 8, I want you to know that I feel your pain. I'm sorry if seeing Jax abstract -- when you were hoping for him to get better -- happened instead.

You ARE worth loving, yes; but the takeaway from this is the fact that change has to start with YOU. A support group will mean nothing if you are unwilling to unstuck yourself.

Recognize your flaws, accept them-- then work towards a better future for YOU and others around you. I know it may sound harsh to say this, but Jax is YOUR cautionary tale. If you relate to him, then don't make the same mistake as he did. You're a lot stronger than Jax.

Reach out to people. Even if it seems scary. People WILL reach back. And things will get better for you.

I always forget how funny the canon love hexagon is. Like, I know everybody likes to spin it so they all have mutual affection for each other, but the canon setup is hilarious because it's essentially:
