In 5-7 days I should have my own shiny copy of this bad boy. The variant cover of Weapon X-Men #1 by Mark Brooks that I totally didn't just buy on a whim because I happened upon it. I may never open this book, but I will frame it and put it on my wall with my other Chamber covers. My Chamber shrine is coming along nicely lol.

Just under a week until Weapon X-Men! I'm so excited to finally see Chamber in a series again, and with such a small team they can't ignore him. I've followed Joe Casey's blog for a few months now and I'm happy to see someone who has specific plans for Chamber moving forward. I'm also hoping that having Deadpool, Wolverine, and Cable will bring in lots of readers and series will do well. Then maybe Chamber popularity will rise and I can make some friends lol.

Marvel treats my baby so wrong. If he is in a series, he's downgraded to background character almost immediately, or he's going back to Paige for whatever reason. I can not express enough how much I hate the two of them in a relationship. I am well aware that Jono and Angelo will likely never be canon, but can we at least let him stay with Jubes. I really hope this isn't a sign of things to come. I absolutely never want to see them together again. I feel like I'm alone this...

I've been thinking of creating a Patreon for a novel idea of mine. I've started the process of writing it, but I want to see if people have any interest in it. I'm thinking of posting the main characters and first chapter here in the coming days. I don't know that I'm ready to start posting all of the chapters because I want to get a head start, but if anyone is interested in reading it, let me know. (Blurb for the story is below)

Is anyone interested in sharing some theories about SCP-049 or the Pestilence? I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts. I know SCP is probably such an outdated Fandom, but I absolutely love it. Also if I get enough of a response to this, I might make a long post trying to debunk popular theories and even explaining my own.

Not sure if anyone is really interested, but I don't think the Pestilence even exists and I'm sure SCP-049 is very much aware of this fact. Again if enough people respond I can elaborate more in a longer post.

My company had an event for Pride Month, we had a writer come in and tell us his coming out story. I cried through the entire presentation because I've fought for a little over a year to keep my true self hidden. I still can't really see myself telling my family or being very open around my home (I live in a very conservative town), but I think tumblr is a good place to start expressing my feelings. When I was growing up, my family always referred to me as a tomboy, partially due to my interests and also because I never wanted to dress up and do my make-up (or very rarely anyway). I also never knew other people like me, I've met plenty of people in the LGBTQ+ community, but I've never known someone who's non-binary, and I found myself looking into what it meant. I think last year was when it really clicked for me, that I wasn't just a tomboy, because I hate being "her," but I don't think that "he" fits either. It took me so long to open up to myself because I was afraid. Even though I can't really tell most of my family about it, I have a friend who just came out as non-binary, and I want to be as brave as they are. I'm hoping that taking the step to admit it to someone other than myself, I may be able to someday live my life the way that I want to.
