so i reckon we have about five years before they make edward scissorhands the musical inorder to complete the holy trinity of winona ryder classics- heathers, beetlejuice, and edward scissorhands *you heard it here first*
Does it count as a musical if it's told through music and dance with no words? Because if so, it's already a thing.
people have been sending me different productions of edward scissorhands the musical now lmao. and yeah i’d call that a musical. i really should have mentioned in the original post that i meant til it’s on the bway but i mean everything y’all has sent me works too

where does it say you gotta live and die here??
where does it say a guy can’t catch a break??
why should you only take what you’re given??
why should you spend your whole life livin’ trapped where there ain’t no future, even at 17 breaking your back for someone else’s sake??
spongebob squarepants the musical didn’t deserve to close and have everyone forget it happened after a week. they showed that silly things can convey some of the most important aspects of life that people don’t talk about
It’s true. If you take SpongeBob out of it, it’s a show about acceptance, friendship, and staying optimistic in the face of danger, even when it’s hard. It’s a shame that more people couldn’t see that.
it also showed that you can be happy when something sad happens because that’s the only way that you’ll get through it-no one is guaranteed tomorrow but we smile and see where we go anyway
“what do we want?’
hercules and the princess and the frog to be made into musicals!
“when do we want ‘em?’
NOW (in the nicest way possible disney, hurry up)
