Look. I realize I'm about to sound like a clown here, but hear me out: the finale is 100% a misdirect and Ralph Bohner = Peter Maximoff.
There's so many loose threads. We know the multiverse is still coming, the Nexus has been confirmed, etc. Dr. Strange was set to come out right after this: we were only supposed to have to wait a month or two for answers, not a year, so there are going to be a lot of connecting threads and some of those will be multiverse related.
Which brings me to 'Fietro'. They never explained why he had powers: Agatha basically said she didn't have that kind of creative power and they never addressed it again. In fact, he barely got a word out after Monica got the necklace off, and he didn't show up again. On top of that, the witness from witness protection that got SWORD involved and started the whole investigation was never addressed either. That's way too big a detail for me to believe Marvel just 'forgot' about that plotline. You know what sounds like something a witness might have, though, that no one else would? A picture of themselves with their 'name' on it just sitting around. And you can't tell me that Bohner isn't exactly the kind of name Peter would pick if he was in WP, because it sure doesn't sound like a real one. His 'mancave' even looks exactly like his setup in his mom's basement.
And here's the thing: Marvel can make dumb decisions, but to mock fans like this is going too far and I think they know that. They snuck Evan around set, let Elizabeth tell fans there would be a 'Luke Skywalker' level cameo, wove together the perfect multiverse setup. They could have had him play any other role, they could have revealed 'Ralph Bohner' earlier on, but they didn't. They can't do two multiverse fakeouts and waste two Quicksilvers, not without breaking fans' trust permanently. It just doesn't make sense to introduce a perfect opportunity and throw it away, and with it millions of fans.
So. What I think is going to have happened, and what I'm going to maintain until Dr Strange proves me wrong, is this. Somehow, Peter fell through to our universe in the five years after the Snappening. The CIA or someone else found him, realized he had powers and no memories/ memories of a world that didn't exist, and went 'fuck, we'd better keep an eye on him'. When they lost touch with him, obviously that was worth getting SWORD involved, and boom, Wandavision!
Idk, maybe it's crazy, it just seems like there's too much to this for Marvel to write it off as a dick joke and I don't think they'd even want to, so I really think this is more than a conspiracy theory and I'm holding onto this until it's actually ruled out.
