“I most definitely do not,” Tessa replied, once again completely apathetic to the man’s struggle ( like, who carries tennis balls around on them ? ). With a sigh though, Tessa decided it was probably the nice thing to do to help out, so they stepped off the sidewalk to get a closer look. At the man’s next question though, the temp had to laugh, “Uh, do I look like a car jacker? If I do, I’m probably the wrong person to be talking to right now, bud,” They chuckled before offering actual help, “What I do have is a phone so you can call a locksmith. That’ll be a billion times cheaper than, I dunno, breaking your car’s window.”
danny gave the other a look, decidedly shaking his head. “no, no car-jacker to me. but if you were, you would know for sure how to get into it!” it may have been luckier to not be in the presence of a car-jacker, but he was also starting to be a little desperate, maybe. “cheaper, sure, but way more time consuming!” he sighed at his luck, shaking his head. “sure, thanks. my phone is... also inside the car.” danny couldn’t help but offer a pained smile to the stranger, “promise i’m not always this sad. or in need.” he held out his hand to take her phone. “i owe you one. big time!”
