Btw I’m pro-quitting. This is a quitting-positive space. If you’re doing something and you decide “I don’t like this” or “I don’t want to do this” then you should quit. Quitting is awesome. Grinding only works in video james.
I quit all the time. It’s great.
BANISHING SPELL WITH ROCKSSSS
You get a rock then you throw it at the person you want to banish. If that doesn't work throw more rocks at them. If its online then throw a rock at that sexy ass block button 🥰
Stop repeating the past in your mind. Use that mental energy to manifest something new. Don’t waste your energy, and time getting caught up in what didn't work out, or what you could have done. Do something new with today's resources. Every moment is another chance to recreate yourself.

Seashells and Sea Glass in Witchcraft
Part Two - Seashells!
Alright everyone, welcome back!
Seashells used to be a major part of my craft. When I was younger and feeling like the world was trying to get me, I really felt like I depended on protection magic as a way to keep myself shielded from everything going on around me. I was anxious, overthinking a lot of things, and that's why I started using seashells in my practice regularly.
Seashells are, in their truest form - shells. I know, shocking, it's almost like it's in the name! Heheh. But on a real note - yeah, really, that's exactly why they're such symbols of protection. Once upon a time, that seashell had been the difference between life or death for something as alive as your or I. It was depended on to protect that little life, until they needed to find a different one.
Seashells are also incredibly connected to the elements of water and spirit. It was home to a life, making it highly spiritual, and it spent a majority of its existence in the sea. It has a very powerful connection to sea-based deities, especially Aphrodite and Poseidon, so they also make fantastic offerings.
But how exactly did I use them in practice? I'll make a list of a few ways that I have and still do.
Seashell protection candles. I have a bit of wax twine that works very well as makeshift wick, so I cut off just a bit to make a nice little protection candle. You can use all kinds of wax, you can add herbs (carefully, and keep an eye on it), whatever you so wish. Just pour a bit of melted wax into the shell, carefully settle the wick where you'd like, and you have a small protection candle that's easy to bring with you wherever you may go.
Herb infusion. Sometimes if I'm making a protection spell jar, or a burning spell, I will use small shells to scoop the herbs from their jars and pour them where they need to be. It makes me feel like it encouraged the protective benefits of those herbs, and is also a nice little ritual to do.
Offerings. Especially for Aphrodite, I have used a large shell to place offerings on. Be that dried flowers, herbs, a bit of wine, whatever you may feel is best. It also has easy clean-up once you're ready to retire said offerings.
Gifts. I have a gigantic collection of shells that I collected when I lived in Okinawa (the sea wall had breaks where you could look for shells - I loved them!), and I constantly hand them out as little gifts to friends and loved ones. Even to non-spiritual friends, seashells can be very meaningful, and I've yet to have a friend who threw a shell away. They're a token of affection and also one of protection!
As always, practice in a cleansed and safe space and always do your own research as well. Cross-check each fact over 3-6 sources just to make sure you've got it right before moving on.
Be safe everyone, and Blessed Be <3

Do every retail employee a favor this Thanksgiving/black friday: stay home.
Just want to remind you that there’s a fucking pandemic and I mean this post 100x harder this time. If you show up you die.
I agree with this, but let’s cut a bit of slack to people who literally don’t have the resources we do, like internet, to shop online for deals. Or the people who don’t have a lot of money and rely on major day sales like that for the Holidays.
Like, 1,000% if you are capable of it please stay home on Black Friday. If you literally have no internet, and it is the only “Sale” during the year you can participate in, by all means do what you must this Holiday Season. PLEASE DO GET VACCINATED AND PLEASE WEAR A MASK AND KEEP SOCIAL DISTANCING IN MIND.
If you see a crowded place, move on! Do not add to that already over-populated space. Go somewhere more light on people, wear your mask, wash your hands, keep your distance, and make sure you’re vaccinated in the process. Try not to overwhelm the workers and do your best to be cautious and patient as well.
IF YOU ARE CAPABLE OF IT PLEASE STAY HOME AND ORDER YOUR SHIT ONLINE. Circumstances exist, but don’t create circumstances as an excuse to go out. You very well could get sick or spread sick to others. No body wants that.
Witches to be Wary of.
So I understand that a lot of posts on here are about finding community and comfort in other witches, so I wanted to touch briefly on a subject that can get a little dicey: how to tell you need to avoid a practitioner.
There are a lot of people out there who generally don't give a shit about others, which is sad, but true. This is, unfortunately, especially true when it comes to religion and witchcraft. So here are a few red flags to watch out for if you're a witch, and wondering if you should be around another.
They constantly talk badly about other practices (especially closed practices).
They look down on other witches writing things down, because they believe 'real witches memorize everything'.
When the topic of things like divination, tarot, or astral projecting come up, they dominate the conversation and make up grandiose stories about their experiences. One or two crazy stories is much different than 'Hera told me to stop sleeping with her husband while shifting'.
They pretend to always 100% know exactly what your tarot cards are telling you.
They frequently fuss with your altar, tarot cards, crystals, etc without asking, disrupting their energy.
When the topic of religion comes up, they rant about how the only good/real religion is Paganism/Wicca/New Age/etc
If they refuse to do their own research.
If they dabble in closed practices without the proper birthright/invitation, then get mad when you tell them it's inappropriate.
If they tease baby and new witches for messing up, because they're still learning.
They think that every witch HAS to be religious.
If they suggest that the only "proper" witchcraft is their own style and/or if they consistently tell you you're wrong for using a specific crystal/candle/herb when you're actually using it properly.
There are lots of good people out there with the best intentions. Friends can be made in every direction, but remember that you are your first priority. If someone is making you feel small, belittled, or uncomfortable, you have the right to walk away from that person if you are able to. You are your own person and you have your own practice. Be safe, and don't let those who want to drag you down do just that.

I don't know if I am allowed to add 1 or 2 things, but I've encountered an unstable/toxic witch and there are other Red Flags I wanted to mention!
1. They say, "I knew that was going to happen." when something bad happens. If they "knew" something bad was going to happen, then they should tell you before, not after the fact.
2. They accuse others of abuse often without evidence or personal verbal confirmation from the individuals involved simply based off of a "feeling" they have. False accusations are not cute, and shouldn't be a part of anyone's practice.
3. If they make major detailed assumptions of what's going on in your life via Tarot Cards, especially without your consent. 9 times out of 10, if they conduct a reading for you without talking to you first, they have little respect for you and your privacy anyways.
4. They argue over whether consent is needed. It is ALWAYS needed. No matter what you think a person would want, get it from the horses mouth.
5. They argue or get mad with you over divination meanings. Divination and their tools have a variety of set meanings, and if a practitioner gets mad at you for saying, "Well this card could be positive or negative." then that's a red flag. Divination should be peaceful and open to multiple meanings, not an argument of definitions.
6. They are telling children about their traumatizing "spiritual experiences". If a witch is telling kids, "There are dead bodies in this house" or "I had a dream of a girl your age getting r****" then they definitely shouldn't be around kids, but also should not be associated with, period. That is traumatizing to many, and kids getting traumatized in witchcraft is not the goal here.
7. Finally, they lack a sense of personal responsibility. You're allowed to vent and complain sometimes, it's your reality. But often times, when a Witch won't admit to their faults or take personal responsibility for what they have said or done to another person, they are underdeveloped and will use up your energy quickly.
I've recently had to detach from a witch who showed a ton, if not all, of the red flags mentioned in this post/thread. It left me drained emotionally, spiritually, mentally and physically. They will hurt you and hinder your own development. You deserve peace and growth, anyone hindering this doesn't deserve your energy.
I hope these were okay to bring up! If not, hit me up privately and I'll happily take it down!
If it's alright, I'd also like to add to this post.
I've got a friend who doesn't practice the craft, but told me about her experience with her manager who does. She started a new job, and the manager who trained her insisted that she start following Wicca and other related spirituality pages/podcasts, and they have a group session every morning where they write a paragraph on their goals and ground. When my friend refused, her manager said her energy was too low and not a team player. Any time she refused to do something she wasn't comfortable with, she was called out in front of the office. My friend quit that job.
If anyone in your workplace/friend group/etc insists that you follow what they practice to a T, you need to leave. You shouldnt be required to follow the same stuff for any reason. Especially if the person requires it for a job.

From an old 70’s travel box that I found at a thrift store to a hefty travel altar. I’ve spent some time putting together a smaller one that I used for awhile until a friend of mine reminded me I had this one in storage! She’s not quite done as I intend to add more things to spice it up a bit! I’ll post updates soon!!
This was my altar before! Just a simple small one but it worked!

Fuck Off Oil (Banishing Oil)
Sometimes, just saying “fuck off” doesn’t quite do the trick. Whether it’s unsatisfying or doesn’t repel the asshole you’re trying to get rid of, it might be time to pull out the big guns.
This banishing oil is a revamped version of an oil I made for an old friend many years ago. The original purpose was to rid her home of a nasty invasive spirit and then keep it away, since it had already been banished and returned a few times. She used it to anoint her mirrors, windows, doors, and even herself, followed by a large black pillar candle coated in more of the oil and burned every day until it was just a lump of wax.
It worked perfectly for her purposes, so I have taken that old recipe and recreated it in my current style for my current needs. If you saw my earlier rant post, then you know what this is for. If not, that’s okay - just know that someone has tested my patience and taken advantage of my kindness, and now they should kindly fuck off forever.
Like most of my spells and spell ingredients, this oil is 100% edible… and pretty tasty! See my notes below for ideas on how to use it.
Ingredients:
Oil of Your Choice (I used olive oil because it’s what was in my cabinet)
Salt
Pepper
Red Chili Flakes
Smoked Paprika
Garlic, minced
Onion Powder
Oregano, dried
Caraway Seeds
Coriander
Bay Leaf
A Jar or Bottle
Instructions:
Measure how much oil you will need to fill your jar or bottle of choice. You can pour the oil into a bowl or use a measuring cup to both measure and mix your oil, which is what I did. Fewer dishes to wash at the end!
Add each of your ingredients, one at a time, to the oil. Leave the bay leaf for last, and see step 3. I added the ingredients in the order that they are listed, but you can do them in whatever order suits you best. Be sure to give each a purpose tied back to the person, spirit, or other bothersome creature you are banishing (some ingredients have protective properties; see my note below for how I assigned a purpose to each).
Stir your mixture well. Really whip it. Beat the hell out of it. Etc.
Bay leaves are often used in wish magic or as vehicles for sigils. For our purposes, hold the leaf with both hands and stare at it hard. Think of the person, spirit, or thing you are banishing. Whisper or shout your desire to keep them away from you, adding any specifics you like. Stuff the leaf into your jar or bottle whole.
Pour your mixture into the jar or bottle over the bay leaf. Be sure to get all of the bits of garlic in there.
Cap the jar or bottle and give it a good shake. I recommend letting it sit and infuse for a few days to get a really good flavor going, but you can use it immediately if you want. Just be sure to shake it well to charge it before use.
This oil is good for up to six months, though it may last longer. Keep an eye on it; if it forms mold, throw it away immediately. Keep your jar or bottle in a cool, dark space. Refrigeration is optional, but it’ll last longer if you keep it in the fridge.
Notes:
As with most oils, there are many uses for this recipe. It can be either a spell on its own, or you can create it to be a component in another spell. Or both! Both is good.
I like to use this to cook vegetables like brussels sprouts, asparagus, and potatoes, but you could also use it in a stir fry or to cook meats. This oil also makes for a very pleasant salad dressing when mixed with red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar. It would be both funny and effective to feed a Fuck Off Salad to your target. If you want to do this, I recommend making it extra spicy, especially if they hate spice and you’re feeling especially vindictive.
If you’re not looking to eat this oil in some way, you can also use it to anoint candles for a banishing spell. Or, if you want to get a little more involved, you can submerge a taglock or poppet in the oil to symbolize the person you are repelling. This would be a great way to continuously banish someone or something if they keep trying to return. Plus, it can have the added benefit of being… uncomfortable for the target.
Here are the purposes I assigned to each ingredient; feel free to use these or come up with your own based off your own experiences:
Salt - Protect the caster during the creation and use of the oil, repel bad vibes and start the process of cleansing
Pepper - First line of fuck off; give a reason or a particular attribute that you want gone, such as “aggression” and “lying”
Chili flakes - Second line of fuck off, this time with ✨spice✨; I assigned “threats” and “rancid vibes” to this ingredient
Garlic - Third line of fuck off; protection against further nonsense, repelling them from contacting me
Onion - Keeping away pests; I use the layers of the onion to symbolize the layers of “fuck off” in the oil and reinforce each one
Oregano - Now comes the part where we protect ourselves from the offending party’s possible retaliation! This is protection from backlash and luck for the success of the spell. This has extra power for me, since my mom grew this oregano and is superbly pissed about someone threatening her kids!
Caraway seeds - Boosting my convictions and inner power, preventing the spell from backfiring on me (the target(s) are also witches, so this was very important to include!)
Coriander - Personal protection against further nonsense, cementing this oil as a line of self-defense
If you use this oil in a spell, let me know how you liked it, if you made any substitutions, and/or how it worked for you!
Happy Banishing, Witches!
