We are the digital carnival collective,

we are a very new created system, currently just our host and one other, who is still in the early stages of forming,

though there may be more that were unaware of, as the host has possibly been having plural experiences for a while now

please be understanding with us ! we are new to this, and while a good bit of research has been done, we still dont know everything, and we are still figuring a lot of stuff out !

mostly, this blog is gonna be used as a journal of sorts for our progress, and to hopefully connect to others

posts will mostly consist of progress reports and just day to day stuff as we remember to

we'll try to give the best image descriptions we can but aren't the best at it please be understanding

we should also probably warn that there will probably be a lot of bug imagery

because I've been asked "how do you []" too many times

1.1 : Changing the accent color

Dashboard > Accessibility > Highlight color

✦ 1.2 : Ordering groups

Lets say you wanna put a divider between two groups , but alas simply plural is alphabetical . First , go to https://www.editpad.org/tool/invisible-character , and scroll down to the table. Find what's labelled as Zero-Width Space and copy it.(click on the brackets)

Go to the group you want to be at the top and paste the space before the words

There should be 1 more character than before. Take your divider, and paste two spaces before the words. Whatever you want below it, paste three spaces before the words. If you've done it correctly, it should look like this:

The next divider would have four spaces , then C with five , then the next divider with six , etc. Subfolders should have the same amount of spaces as the parent one (C has five, so any C subgroups would have five.)

2.2 : Adding pictures

Adding pictures is simple, but requires hotlinking. We have a private Tumblr account where we post pictures for the links, as even if you delete posts the picture is still hosted on the site, but I assume any file hosting site will do. I've seen others use catbox and file garden.

"What is hotlinking" you ask? Its just copying and linking the image address. If your on PC, right click ; for mobile, press and hold.

Now to put this image on simply plural, you need to format it like this:

Adding the "#10x10" just changes the dimensions, this is not needed unless you would like to resize the images and can be left out. This also works with gifs.

i feel like were starting to make more progress !!

we've been talking more, and it seems to be getting a little easier, i think v is getting better with his communication, it seems clearer, easier to understand

he helped me some when i was freaked out by some yelling earlier, which im very appreciative for <3

we kinda wanna overhaul the website thing i used to initially plan things out, make it somewhere we can easily log things we discover

first post on this blog oh boy, a little scared

so, i made the decision to intentionally form an actual headmate (V) about 2 or 3 months ago, and ive been working with him since mid december. we've not made much progress, as ive been really inconsistent with talking to him, and struggling to focus

i can kind of get some feeling from him, but theyre kinda vague, mostly i just kind of feel his presence sometimes, but every once in a while i get actual emotions.

i talk to him mostly, just about things im doing or stuff about me, so he can get to know me. talk to him about my interests, ask him every now and then if he'd like to do something or has something to say. sometimes i just chill with him

i do kind of think there may be others that are not fully formed or something, especially a lot more lately, as ive been attempting to connect with V more, feelings that dont feel like v but instead some older characters a used to roleplay or day dream as,

but thats not the focus right now, as im new to plurality and dont want to overwhelm myself or any of them, so for now, unless were having really strong feelings, its just gonna be me and v
