This cute little cotton ball was broody a few days ago, now she makes funny little noises to gather her imaginary chicks all day long, but she's ok lol
Serafina is a shy T.A.L.L. girl and still a baby (Brahma chicken)
Meet Josefina, she's large and in charge, very round, very soft.

BOKitivity Series 2
Legbeard is a SNITCH, she gives an alert when another hen is laying her egg, what's stopping me from renaming her 6ix9ine?
Fluffy
It looked slightly annoyed, But then once they’re inside they won't be free.
Unmute !
Brilliant defense mechanism. The hawks can’t get you if you’re under a tree.
This is so cool!!!
Chickens are so underrated, I love them
The person in the video calling them idiots is silly, the sound they (the person) made is nearly identical to the very specific call chickens use when spotting an aerial predator in pursuit. The immediate reaction to the “hawk!” call is, of course, to seek cover. Being that alert and that reactive to that sound is what keeps them alive (and why having cover is so, so important for poultry.)
That said, I did have a beloved hen who, when annoyed because there were too many other birds around the feeder/waterer for her to shove through, learned to make her “hawk!” call, which would send them all scurrying for cover and she could eat and drink in peace.
My husband built a little fence to protect the flowers. The Girls' current status: 100% NOT DETERRED
Bianca, round and soft, occupation: Instagram bad bitch
In case anyone is wondering, Billie Rose is thriving!
Her vision seems to be stuck at 3-5 feet around her or so, but she comes when called and follows her flock closely.
She's eating well, extremely vibrant, and enjoying life to the max.
Her face is rather wonky lmao
Hettie deeply disapproved of being temporarily shut out of the coop during what is apprentices her favorite laying time. My bad.
I.
