First and foremost, I got this weeks ago and HAVE NOT TAKEN IT OFF SINCE. I LOVE this packer.
COLOR SELECTION:
Color selection was incredibly easy. They sent me a folder with some color samples in it (over 100 small samples) and you just peel up the ones that look close to your skin and then test them near your groin. I shaved part of that area to get the most accurate color match, and so far I’ve been impressed. There were TONS of colors to pick from, both for white folks like me and for POC, as well as (if I remember correctly) custom color mixing if nothing on there fits right.
PACKING:
I find the size to be extremely realistic for a flaccid dick, which is exactly what I wanted. It’s extremely soft to the touch, and the shaft is slightly softer than the head. The balls are amazing, I can’t even describe what it’s like to have floating testicles. I’ll admit, I play with them a lot. Are they worth the extra $150? Honestly, I’m not sure. When it comes to actually wearing the packer, I don’t notice the moving testicles, and I hear their regular balls are also very soft. I don’t regret the money though, if that’s any indication. I enjoy the novelty.
I got the self-adhesive installed by the gendercat crew, and with the self-adhesive, this is honestly one of the easiest packers I’ve ever worn. It won’t float around, it stays centered, it’s all around easy. Plus I’ve been amazed at how CONNECTED I feel to it. It’s my penis. I love it. My lower dysphoria has virtually disappeared since getting this packer. (Keep in mind I have no pee dysphoria).
SELF ADHESIVE:
So far, I’ve had this for roughly one month, and I haven’t needed to change the adhesive yet. HOWEVER, it’s not the most reliable in the combination of loose underwear and lots of movement. I’m a briefs wearer and it stays in place stuck firmly with briefs. Jockstraps keep it perfectly secure (as they should). I’ve also tried boxer briefs and it will stay in place except when I’m active. Boxers I’ve only ever worn with it at night when I sleep, and I move around a lot in my sleep and it sometimes comes off.
I found that I don’t have to trim TOO short to have the adhesive work. It still works with some hair. But personally, I trim it as short as I can and then just let it grow out until it stops working, then trim again.
My gendercat review was flagged as adult and the appeal failed so brb while I make a new post and remove the questionable photos (EVEN THOUGH THE GUIDELINES SAY TRANSGENDER REVIEWS ARE FINE AND IVE GOTTEN THIS CONTENT APPROVED BEFORE)

The Philly Trans Wellness Conference was amazing, and I’m so glad I went. I don’t know if I’ll upload a video about it or not, but I did get some packing underwear there that I’m going to be reviewing as well.
I hit 1 year post op while at the conference and I am nearing 4 years on T soon as well! Super exciting.
So I got my appointment moved up, and I’ll be seeing a Gender Clinic at the nearby university-hospital system. I’m really excited to finally work with an actual gender clinic rather than individual random doctors. Hopefully I’ll also be able to get recommendations for trans-friendly GPs in the university’s network and probably a gyno as well because of the cramps I’ve been having.
They were telling me it’s the same doctor as I was originally going to see, just in a different location and labeled as a slightly different thing. But the services are the same, insurance coverage the same, etc. They’re trying to I guess promote and transfer more adults to the gender clinic? I knew they had a youth and adolescent gender clinic, so this adult one is news to me.
I’m excited to be in a gender clinic at a university though, because I know these university clinics have historically been where new trans treatments are developed and doctors are very experienced and specialised.

I come to ask you a question as you are my greatest source of information on being transgender (your blog is excellent and there are so few accessible sources from men who have been on HRT for years). I would love to know how many years it takes for T to complete all of its physical changes. Not changes to hair or beard, but rather to body shape and muscle mass. And, again, thank you so much for this blog, its fantastic.

Our puberty, in the same way as a cis males, takes around 5 years for the majority of changes to happen and then more subtle masculinisation will happen over the course of a lifetime as we age.Here are the WPATH guideline estimates for the different areas of masculinisation.Hope this helps,
I've been on Androgel for about 3 months now, and I can say I'm thoroughly enjoying it compared to the injections. I'm going to switch doctors soon (I moved) and I'm hoping to ask my new one about best practices for when I plan to swim.
Overall I can definitely tell my levels are more stable. My mood is more predictable and a lot of the effects such as libido that change with small level changes have all been very constant. I'm definitely still getting hairier which is interesting. I'm getting more on my arms/back but it's not really visible, just thicker fine hairs. My facial hair is still improving which has been exciting. It's been filling in a lot!
I bought a book about transgender history today and I'm excited because it's a topic I'm pretty passionate about. I'd love to do research on the history of the trans YouTube community one day.
